OMAR ABBOSH

Chief Strategy Officer, Accenture

Omar Abbosh is Accenture’s Chief Strategy Officer. He is responsible for leading the Growth & Strategy organization and overseeing all aspects of the company’s strategy. In this role, Mr. Abbosh has management responsibility for Accenture’s industry programs and investments, the Accenture Institute for High Performance, Accenture Research and the company’s innovation programs. In addition, he is responsible for the company’s corporate citizenship initiatives, including Skills to Succeed. He is also a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee. He joined Accenture in 1989 and became a partner in 2000, and holds a degree in electronic engineering from Cambridge University and a master’s degree in business administration from INSEAD.

TAMARA ERICKSON

Adjunct Professor, London Business School. Top 50 Thinker

Tamara J. Erickson is an Adjunct Professor at London Business School, a McKinsey Award- winning author and a widely-respected authority on leadership, the changing workforce, collaboration and innovation, and the nature of work in intelligent organizations. She has been named thrice as one of the 50 most influential living management thinkers in the world by Thinkers50, the respected ranking of global business thinkers. An experienced executive, Erickson has served on the Board of Directors of two Fortune 500 corporations, with experience on the Governance, Audit, and Compensation Committees.

Partner, Bain & Company

Herman Spruit is a partner in Bain & Company's Amsterdam and London offices and a leader in the firm's Financial Services practice. Herman has extensive international experience across the financial services industry, in which he has worked as a general manager, investor and advisor for more than 30 years, as well as in Retail and TMT  where he has lead multi-year transformations, restructuring programmes, international expansions,  and developed brand strategies. He provides CEOs, boards and corporate leadership teams with guidance and robust challenges on the highest-value strategic and organizational choices they face. He is also a Strategic Advisory Board member of Leaders’Quest, an organisation committed to improving the quality of leadership and the impact of leaders around the world, and of The Sierra Leone Investment Fund, a Freetown-based investment company promoting entrepreneurship in Sierra Leone.

TOM ELVIDGE

General Manager, Uber

Tom Elvidge is the General Manager at Uber London. He was formerly Americas Head of Derivative Operations Strategy and Business Design Team at Goldman Sachs and a consultant at both Moorhouse Consulting and Accenture. His work has been recognised by both the Institute of Consulting and the Association of Project Management. He joined Uber in 2014.

CEDRIC ARCHAMBEAU

Senior Machine Learning Analyst, Amazon

Cedric Archambeau leads the Scalable Machine Learning (aka algorithms) team at Amazon, Berlin, and served as a technical advisor to Sebastian Gunningham, Amazon Senior Vice President Seller Services. His work democratises machine learning within Amazon. Recently, his team delivered the learning algorithms offered in Amazon Machine Learning (aws.amazon.com/machine-learning). He holds a visiting position in the Centre for Computational Statistics and Machine Learning at University College London. Prior to joining Amazon, he was leading the Machine Learning and Mechanism Design area at Xerox Research Centre Europe, Grenoble.”

LUIS CILIMINGRAS

London Head,
IDEO

Luis Cilimingras is IDEO London's managing director. He is passionate about how technology and communication combine to drive behaviour change. 

Since joining IDEO in 2010 Luis has led numerous projects, ranging from electric mobility to FMCG appliances, retail spaces or pharma. Luis recently returned to London after setting up an innovation studio for Intercorp, a large Peruvian conglomerate, creating new products, services and experiences for the country's emerging middle class.

An engineer by training, Luis was Fiat's brand manager and then advertising manager before joining IDEO, helping to launch the iconic Fiat 500 in Europe. He subsequently served as head of digital innovation at Fiat Group, where he oversaw the development and launch of Fiat eco:Drive, the first mass-market connected car app. Eco:Drive has prompted 200,000 drivers to drive better. Luis has received numerous awards for innovation, communications and technology, including the Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival and has spoken at major conferences like TED Active 2011, where he also facilitated a group around the topic of mobility.

BENOIT REILLIER

Managing Director & Co-Founder, Launchworks 

Benoit Reillier is Managing Director and co-founder of Launchworks, a firm that specializes in strategy and corporate development for innovative high growth companies and platform businesses/ecosystems. He has been advising the boards and top management teams of many blue chip companies as well as regulators and Governments for more than 20 years. Prior to founding Launchworks, Benoit was Director of Economics and Regulation at KPMG where he focused on telecoms,  media and technology clients globally. His book on platform powered ecosystems will be published by Routledge later in the year. Benoit studied computer sciences, economics & law and holds MBAs from London Business School and Columbia University. ​

SAT KHUNTIA

Innovation Director, Barclays Wealth and Investment Management

Sat Khuntia is the Innovation Director at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management. An alumnus of London Business School (MBA 2004), Sat has extensive experience of identifying FinTech innovations. He is currently focused on driving innovation in the Wealth Management space and he previously held senior positions at JP Morgan, PayPal and Lloyds.

Award-winning Principal Researcher, Microsoft

Chris White is a Principal Researcher at Microsoft working on special projects. He was recently a Program Manager at DARPA, developing advanced technologies for datascience as part of the President's Big Data Initiative. His work has been applied in domains including countering human trafficking and counter terrorism. Prior to DARPA, Chris was a fellow at Harvard’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and holds a PhD in electrical engineering from the Johns Hopkins University. He has been awarded the Secretary of Defense Medal for Outstanding Public Service.

Head of EMEA Product Marketing, LinkedIn

Scott Parish is Head of EMEA Product Marketing at LinkedIn. Scott’s work includes new ventures such building the world’s first Economic Graph and using LinkedIn’s data to inform official policy on skills shortages. Scott is an alumnus of London Business School (MBA 2015) and co-founder of the London Entrepreneurship Review.

DENA McCALLUM

Founding Partner, Eden McCallum

Dena McCallum is one of the two Founding Partners of Eden McCallum, a consulting firm whose clients include a third of the FTSE 100, a third of the world's largest private equity firms and 40 of the global Fortune 500. Its unique ‘pure consulting’ model, which combines traditional strategy consulting and freelancing, has attracted considerable interest, notably in Harvard Business Review’s “Consulting on the Cusp of Disruption” and case studies at both Harvard Business School and London Business School. After leaving McKinsey, where she co-led the global CRM practice, Dena joined Condé Nast International as Director of Strategy. She and Liann Eden founded Eden McCallum in 2000.

TIONA ZUZUL

Associate Professor, London Business School

Dr Tiona Zuzul is an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the London Business School, where she teaches the required MBA course in Strategy. She studies the behavioural foundations of innovation and strategy in new industries, including the smart cities industry, the air taxi market, and the new space industry. She received her doctorate in Strategy from Harvard Business School. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and an MSc from the London School of Economics.

RAY EITEL-PORTER

Managing Director, Accenture Digital

Ray Eitel-Porter is a Managing Director with Accenture Digital, leading the UK & Ireland Analytics Practice. Since joining Accenture in 2013 he has led work to define the global information and analytics strategy and operating model for a major CPG company. He has also been driving quality and supply chain analytics for a manufacturer, leading a project to design and test a data monetization proposition for a cross-industry service provider, and overseeing an analytics maturity/capability assessment for a pharmaceutical major. He is a regular speaker and social media commentator on the subjects of analytics, Big Data and Digital transformation. He chairs the government’s Data Skills Taskforce and sits on techUK’s Big Data & Analytics Council.

 Ray holds a Master of Arts in Modern Languages from Christ Church, Oxford as well as an MBA from INSEAD. He speaks analytics fluently, as well as English, German and French. Ray enjoys squash and skiing and lives in London with his wife and their two daughters.
